RGC Sports Brings Home Its Third Win Of The Season As Brandon Watson Wins the Pinty’s Fall Brawl

The season finale for the 2022 NASCAR Pinty’s Series Championship took place at Delaware Speedway in London, ON, with the Pinty’s Fall Brawl 250. The event started off in style for RGC Sports with Brandon Watson starting the race from Pole Position, and Treyten Lapcevich in 4th. Mark Dilley qualified his number 64 car in 15th, Gary Klutt in 17th, and TJ Rinomato in 24th.

The race got underway after a short delay to dry the track following a rain shower, and Watson showed he was the car to beat by setting the pace through the early stages of the race, and heading into the pits still in first position at the halfway break. Watson wasn’t the only RGC Sports driver to run up front, with Treyten Lapcevich running in the top 10, and Mark Dilley, Gary Klutt, and TJ Rinomato all finding success and gaining positions.

The second half of the race saw Watson show more of the same dominance, leading all but two laps on his way to a dominant win – his first NASCAR victory – despite being challenged on multiple late restarts. Lapcevich completed a great run and brought his car home in 4th position to deliver two top-five finishes for RGC Sports. The race proved more difficult for the rest of the stable of drivers. TJ Rinomato took race-ending damage to his car when he got caught up in a spin that happened in front of him in turn 4. Dilley finished laps down after having to replace a radiator mid-race, and Klutt suffered a mechanical failure as well.
